These contracts were secured in the three months to 30th June 2026 across its Refresh and Delivery Partnership divisions.

This includes five appointments for Refresh across more than 1,750 PBSA beds in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Glasgow. 

In addition, Marick Real Estate has selected Watkin Jones to deliver the redevelopment of 38-40 George Street into Staycity Wilde Oxford, a new 145-unit lifestyle aparthotel.
